I’ve been training for over 15 years in the Austin TX area. I focus on getting people fast results with simple programs. When I’m not training myself or others I spend most of my time doing stand up comedy, traveling the world, or with my crazy dogs.

At Farmer Fitness, we offer a variety of specialized training programs designed to cater to different fitness needs. I've trained everyone from stroke victims to people who have never worked out before to former college athletes. Whether we're training in person, groups. or online I can create a program that works for you.

Started working out with Steven following a significant neck surgery that required me to skip all physically activity for 6 months. When we started, I was barely able to to a set of body weight squats or barbell-only bench press. After 1.5 years of training, I’m actually reaching new personal max records and am back to deadlifting 275 lbs and squatting 200lbs. All without injury, supplements, or risking my neck. Super nice guy, I can highly recommend him.
